FAQ: I’m new and looking to connect with a new therapist. Who is accepting new clients?

  • Kerri - Accepting new clients for virtual and in-person appointments
  • Nicole - Accepting new clients for Clinical Supervision (therapists only) and Business Coaching.
  • Blessing - Accepting new clients for in-person and virtual sessions!
  • Gabrielle - Accepting new clients for virtual sessions (available in French or English!)

FAQ: Do I need to book a consultation call before scheduling a first appointment?

  • 👂 Yes, all new clients are invited to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call prior to a first appointment being scheduled to ensure best fit before moving forward.

FAQ: I was a client in the past and looking to reconnect with my therapist, can I just book an appointment?

  • 📱 If you were a client with us and it’s been more than 1 year since you had last connected with us for therapy, we ask that you schedule a free 15-minute consultation call or email your therapist directly prior to booking a session to ensure that your needs still align with your therapists competency and skillset.

FAQ: I have questions, how do I get in touch?

PARKING:

  • 🚗 For in-office services, you can get up to 1-hour of FREE PARKING. Use the promo code CORE on the HONK APP. There are also parking lots located in the surrounding areas of our studio. We do not have onsite parking available for clients at this time.

At Be Well Therapy Studio, we recognize that reaching out for help can be a challenging step. We thank you for taking this important step and are here to make the journey of finding the right therapist easy and comfortable. Our dedicated team of therapists offer individual therapy, both in-office and virtually.

Meet Gabrielle

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Gabrielle thinks of herself as an eclectic, holistic therapist; making sure all aspects of your life are accounted for in treatment, because as much as we come to therapy for the individual, the truth is that we do not live in a vacuum.

To change is to include and honour our many facets as a whole person. She strives to offer a cool and very human experience, where there is room to be unfiltered and raw. She prefers to use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mentalization and person-centered therapy.

She offers support in matters of emotional regulation, self-esteem, anxiety, depression and loneliness and have a special interest in serving the Black diaspora, though she serves everyone. Her goal is to offer a sensitive ear, collaboration and support on your self-exploration goals, some light education, and most importantly, a strong therapeutic relationship. All in all, she offers a warm and welcoming therapeutic experience.
